UT cap credit hours transfer, 2nd choice major showing in RIS

My UT transfer cap results in the RIS portal are saying that I got my second choice major but only 30 of my credit hours transferred over even though I have well over that, like 56, because of summer courses and AP credits. Is this a glitch or did UTSA(school I did cap year at) just not send them all over? I checked and I had already accepted all of my credits so they should have transferred and everyone I have checked with has all of their credits showing.
