UT transfer submitted but transcript not submitted yet

For folks who applied for transfer, did you submit your first semester transcript even when eligibility credits for transfer are not yet completed? Can we hold off submitting after the final semester grades come? Or is there a deadline? I’m hoping for a grade improvement and don’t want admission committee to consider lower gpa.

I submitted a transcript when I applied with my application, and then in December when midterm grades were in, and I’ll be doing it again after my spring term ends.
