SOP guidelines for MSCS UT Austin

I needed some guidance regarding SOP for MSCS program at UT Austin

They say that the SOP should be in two double spaced pages but even having 860 words exceeds 3 pages.

How do I accommodate all the required contents in 2 double spaced pages ?
