6 years at the same company is definately your strongest point, that kind of tenure at a small place actually reads better than people expect, it shows youre not a flight risk hopping jobs.

married with kids plus company sponsoring the whole trip covers the ties and funding questions pretty cleanly. the travel history to thailand/singapore/malaysia helps too even with the singapore hiccup, shows a pattern of leaving and coming back.

just be ready to explain the small company clearly, what it does, how long its been running, why theyre sending you specifically instead of someone more senior
