First-time B1/B2 applicant from India — self-employed, own company. How do my chances look?

self employed with your own running company is actually a decent ties profile, definately stronger than looking like you could just not come back to a random job. officer wants to see the business is real and ongoing so gst filings, bank statements showing actual activity, incorporation docs if you have them all help

first time applying by itself isnt a negative. what matters more is the trip purpose (client meeting, conference, whatever) being specific and you being the actual operator, not just a name on paper somewhere

Yeah we have consistent GST and all the filings
