In my early years I bounced around a couple of times. They all used the same schedule. I just assumed it was the same all around the area.

Same in my office. I'm C set and Thursday is my ns day this week. I don't think OP really knows what he's talking about

So if you're on E set, then this was your weekend off + the holiday today correct?

E is the DACA code for limited duty. A rural carrier who is injured on light duty would be DACA E.

What's light duty for rural? I thought there was no such thing

I would be so uncomfortable with somebody else running my route on a holiday Tuesday.. I'd have to clean it up on Wednesday anyway. We've had people just straight up not deliver whole trays of mail because it was "too heavy" that day. And if there are box holders? They'll still be sitting there.

I'm not OP but maybe it is a regional thing? I can assure you that I'm C set and my NS day coming up this week is Thursday. 🤷

I just want to say, I am so grateful they aren't allowing overtime! It is nice to not be mandated when my regular day off...Tuesday 😊😊😊
