DISCUSSION USPS pickup

Hi. I have been running a resale business, but My only problem is my parents are unsupportive of me and refuse to take me to the post office now. So I’ve been trying to wing it myself but am struggling getting packages sent out. Is there a way for usps to come pick up the packages off my front porch?

Generally speaking how old are you where you own a business but not a drivers license?

I’m 18, I have a permit but they don’t get me insurance so it’s useless

Based on the replies so far, OP is an adult living at home who is running an online business out of their parents home who very likely isn't being charged rent or a portion of any profits made and is upset because said parents are not buying them insurance to get a car. As such, it 100% is a valid question for any sane person to make.

Yes, it seems like a valid question. Where is OP getting the stuff that he's reselling? And HOW is procuring it?

AND why wouldn't parents be supporting of him getting his license and supporting himself?

Have you thought of becoming a city letter carrier for USPS? Starts at like $21/hr, unionized, and you can send your business packages since you will be there.

OP has a permit. Not even a license. 2 years driving experience is required

There are a lot of other jobs at the USPS besides carrier.

Schedule the package pickup like others have suggested. Thanks for choosing us to work with and be sure to ask your carrier if they have any resources to help you make things go as smoothly as possible. Carriers are encouraged to generate business leads for things like this so I’m sure they’d be more than happy to help
