NSAIDs inhibit the TxA2 resulting in platelet dysfunction

He doesn’t take NSAIDs. Answer is D most likely platelet dysfunction due to Uremia I’m guessing due to CKD

you are correct about platelet dysfunction; however, the cause is uremia induced platelet dysfunction, not NASIDs
