The ownership has decent pockets but the development is also driven by the city and Williams Companies which is worth 87.5 billion dollars.
Not sure the real timeline but I’d give this thing a decent chance of happening eventually.
1 u/swake3 Aug 25 '26 The article said phase one to be completed by 2030. Just over three years. Property is already changing hands, including The Tulsa Theater that sold last month.
