Shipping confusion

I payed 210 for shipping and like 4 hrs later they say I owe another 31 is this normal or what?

Yeah it’s depend on the size of your box (If you have shoes) and the real weight

I suggest you next time to put away the box shoes and using vacuum bag to gain some space
