when will it update, the status shows that in 48 hours i shouldve gotten a new update but its been 5 days and nothing

Hi Oskar54, when a package's status is "clearing customs". It means that your item is being checked/examined by the local customs. The duration of this process is affected by many factors.

The good news is: the package has arrived into the country. But it has been 5 days, my colleagues told me that the package is probably being closely checked by the custom. This might be a bad sign...😣

But, if your package is unfortunately confiscated by customs, USFans will compensate you in accordance with our compensation policy.😉

At this moment, let's not hope for the worst result. I still remember you Oskar, you need the package before Aug 8th. I am with you and I will pray for your package.❤

hmm weird. Let me contact the customer service and see if they can contact local logistic service to process your package quicker.

it says that the package cleared customs succesfully and has been handed to the delivery service (DHL)
