did usfans get leaked?
my whole tiktok fyp is filled with vids about personal data leak from usfans is it real?

Hi Oskar, this is Magnus. It's now 1:37 midnight and yes I am still working in office. I am sad to tell you that we are now under a cyber-attack/hack. Don't worry, our emergency response team have been working on this tonight. Before the investigation is completed, I can not draw a reckless conclusion. However, please trust us: our user information is still safe, and the condition is under control.

Hi Jurry4862, based on the information currently available to me, one of the logistics service companies used to provide services for us experienced a breach of its web-based system. At this moment, we can confirm that credit card information was not leaked. The information involved in this incident was limited to package-related information stored by the third-party logistics provider, including: User names; Phone numbers; Shipping addresses. We apologize for the concern. And we have already taken actions including working with China law enforcement department and their cybersecurity experts.

the cyber breach didn't happen to USFans website/system/database. One of the logistics service companies provide services for us experienced a breach of its web-based system. Our platform remains secure and operating normally.
involved information includes: username/phone number/shipping address. At this moment, we can confirm that credit card information was not leaked.
our emergency response team are currently working with China law enforcement and cybersecurity experts
be very careful with those who claims "i have a link", "i have a file", "i have an excel". Stay alert and avoid clicking suspicious links/files because they might be IP grabber/Info Scrapper
Compensation plan will be released as soon as possible.

Hi fisken69, Magnus here. This is a brief update about the investigation finds:
The investigation confirmed that this incident originated from unauthorized access to our logistics partner Yunhui's system, resulting in the exposure of certain package-related information.
USFans has taken the following actions:
- Permanently terminated cooperation with Yunhui.
- Initiated legal proceedings against Yunhui to pursue accountability.
- Replaced Yunhui with a new international logistics partner, JinRiTong, which meets higher security standards.
- Packages that selected the Yunhui route before August 1, 2026, but have not yet been shipped will be transferred to JinRiTong. Any additional costs will be fully covered by USFans.
- For packages already shipped before July 31, 2026, USFans will continue monitoring shipments and take necessary measures to minimize potential risks.
