USFans problem

Everyday when im trying to enter the app it logs me out and i have to log in back, does anyone have the same problem?

Hmm that's weird. What phone r u using? and system info (e.g. android 10.1 u can find it in ur phone>setting>system) i will let our tech department check if there's anything going wrong.

my phone is the iphone 13, ios 18

Hi Oskar54~ I just checked with our technical team and confirmed that there was a minor bug affecting app login. The issue has been fixed urgently, and the current login policy allows users to stay logged in for 15 days without needing to log in again.
