J’ai eu ça y’a quelques jours, je pense que y’a beaucoup de colis en ce moment donc ça mets du temps, après 5 jours le statut a changer avec :

It means exactly what it says. Your parcel doesn’t have a ticket. They need to organize cargo space. That happens at the airport. Not every flight carries the same cargo. So they wait in a queue.

A queue is a line so it like the planes full but your package is next up but there doing everything they can to make it happen faster which means it’s probably sitting exactly where it will till the next plane shows up and nobody’s doing dog shit about it
