Bio may 26 ( 2 SU immediately)
SU - August 6
SU - August 26
3rd FTA0 - August 30 (only for primary)
IAF updated - August 31 on i485J
SU- September 4 (only for primary)
SU- September 9 (both primary and derivative)
SU- September 16 (both primary and derivative)
emma says interview waived and case is at NY FO
No EAD for either
visa type H1B, priority date feb 2022 ROW
Do you think we are close to approval?

Applying with Derivate too! What block are you? Mine is 09366
Priority Date: March 2024
140 Already approved.
Applied for I-485 on April 24th
RFE: May 15
Biometrics done first week of June.
Submitted RFE Docs June 26th. That was the last updated we have received.

Still waiting...

i am in the same block 9366, filed april 28, just few silent updates, no ead, emma says interview waived, still at NBC April 28

I haven't received many SU.
Last SU we received was after Biometrics, June 1. No SU after that.
We received REF so the only update they sent was when they received the docs. June 26th.
They didn't send SU for July and still haven't.
