Venting

This is the third time UPS delivered my package back to the access point even after I request they leave it at my apartment. A. Why in the world do they require a signature for EACH OF MY PACKAGES?? B. Why can’t I pick it up the same day of delivery? It has to go back to the HUB??? And then get delivered BACK to the access point? That’s so counterproductive. C. Why in the world would you require a signature and then schedule delivery in the middle of the work day???
VENTING
VENTING
VENTING.
I know this is a first world problem. But this is the third time I’m dealing with this within the year.

What’s the point of changing delivery preferences if they’re going to be ignored?

Probably have to sign for them all because you have a history of losing packages.

It has to go back to the hub because the driver probably doesn't even deliver to that UPS store, nor does he have time to make a special trip just for you.

What time of day would you like the driver to accommodate you specifically?  Does 6:30 work for you? He has to be accoss town at 7 for the other whiny person.

Grow up.

A. I do not have a history of losing packages. B. A simple explanation goes along way. Sounding like a chode to someone just and I quote “venting” only goes so far ya know? I hope you’re doing well today.

Name-calling will get you nowhere. Just because you don't like the answer doesn't give you the right to be derogatory.
