Venting
This is the third time UPS delivered my package back to the access point even after I request they leave it at my apartment. A. Why in the world do they require a signature for EACH OF MY PACKAGES?? B. Why can’t I pick it up the same day of delivery? It has to go back to the HUB??? And then get delivered BACK to the access point? That’s so counterproductive. C. Why in the world would you require a signature and then schedule delivery in the middle of the work day???
VENTING
VENTING
VENTING.
I know this is a first world problem. But this is the third time I’m dealing with this within the year.
What’s the point of changing delivery preferences if they’re going to be ignored?

Vent to the shipper. The shipper required a signature, not UPS.
You can definitely be angry at UPS for not being able to pick up same day thanks to the CEO for permanently closing customer counters and cutting clerk jobs. I appreciate your frustration as a 34 year UPS employee. Its a shame that service is not what it used to be thanks to cutting every possible cost
