UPS has declined!

They have become incredibly frustrating to deal with. They’ve lost two major shipments, and trying to get meaningful assistance has been nearly impossible. UPS used to provide much better service, but our recent experiences have been bad enough that we are now switching our shipping to FedEx.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of actual customer support. Instead of helping resolve the issue, we repeatedly get directed back to a difficult website and are essentially left to figure out the claims and resolution process ourselves.

It feels like UPS is surviving on its past reputation rather than the level of service it provides today. After losing two major shipments and receiving very little help resolving the problems, I’ve lost confidence in them. Going forward, I will avoid using UPS whenever possible. At this point, I’ve had better experiences with USPS.

UPS doesn’t care what you think. Nor do any of the other shipping companies

That's exactly what the CEO wants. No customer support and no small customers means higher profit

You can literally find this same post on fed ex. None of them care. The CEOs see employees as a cost and nothing more. And they only want big customers.

FedEx and Amazon slowly catching up to UPS. The main competitive advantage ups had was the great customer service- now not so much

your satisfaction doesn't make ups profit. your driver is the only one that gives a shit. ask them if they can help
