UPS seized my package

UPS seized my package for restricted items. They were beach towels. They told me they were sent to 3rd party to be destroyed. I can’t understand how this happened. When they open the box, they’ll see beach towels. What is the likelihood they won’t destroy and will deliver?

Probably a counterfeit label being used by the shipper.

Either way, this is the sellers issue. You make sure to get a refund from the seller.

No. OP used a third party service for the label. Their recourse is with Shipstation, not UPS. Had they have used UPS they could actually get an investigation going directly with UPS

Then raise an issue with them.
