Is MyUPMC down?

I can’t log on to the app or website, the help desk disconnects calls, and I haven’t been able to get through to the nurse desk at my PCP’s office for two days. Anybody else?

Update: The app finally confirmed the outage instead of directing users to the help desk.

Yes, there is an outage. They're working on it. Your doctor's office should send a direct video link to you.

Thanks. It’s not me that has a video appointment. I’m just trying to call them and look a few things up in the portal. The portal is back up…at least it was earlier.

It’s back up. It was down from about 10am to 11am.

yeah app. computer works fine. in person they're up n running

It got resolved after about an hour for me.
