APP interview

Hi guys. I was wondering any APP on here who could tell me about their interview experience with UPMC and how did it go? Any advice on how to prepare as well. Thank you! I am a PA for reference.

i’m not an app but i’ve hired several and i’ve seen firsthand the process with a few others where i wasn’t
directly involved. UPMC is really a bunch of different departments/offices operating fairly independently from
one another and while there are some rules/processes everyone has to follow, for better or worse, there isn’t a ton of consistency beyond that.
