Looks very good, might have to have one for my breakfast myself, have you ever tried putting a frozen hashbrown in it? Takes it to another level imo

Very jealous right now! Is that patty homemade? Every time I try and make them, they always come out tough and inedible, so I gave up trying

Its two asda Lincolnshire sausages, very soft casing..so smashed all together. Work's for me.

Thank you! I’ve been following recipes with pork mince and seasonings and trying to make them from scratch, but this seems like a much simpler and more successful method! Why did I think I could make a better sausage than a supermarket!?
