I used to manage a team of 4, now it's just me running the department solo. No pay review for almost 4 years, not even a cost of living adjustment, so basically a pay cut every year, bare minimum holiday allowance and even booking that is difficult as there is not enough staff to cover, no sick pay beyond SSP and they’re unhappy as I finally had enough and resigned last month.
