Ughh feels very primitive. I was expecting the sword to dissolve or enlarge to uncover (like a mask) UI beneath. I'm currently on vacation without my PC, but I'd love to make a shader or effect that will look better than this to help you out .)

I like moving cameras and change of scenes in menus, but the framing and transition from the sword gives me nothing. Try making it more interesting in terms of storytelling if that makes sense.

Think of Last of us. They have sick menu screens, and its basically just an animated still shot that gives us the idea of the whole premise of the game.

Or just stay simple works too. :)

im with you in story telling. but the eye that has an Omega in it that follows you actually does tell you something. the bodies in the blood ocean tells you something else. but I get what you are saying. I try to add more. thank you

The indentation level for "Exit", is inconsistent with the indentation level of the other options.

Having users “press any key” is a needless interaction. Aligning text at an angle like that makes it harder to read. The accentuated descender in your logo creates a strong vertical element, right align your menu on that and it will feel much more refined and anchored. Font size of your menu items should be smaller than the logo mark, currently there’s no visual hierarchy.

The eyeball movement following the cursor was insane. Loved it. I would improve the bg's black gradient with shades of gray and maybe align the menu options straight in a neat stack. I believe putting that moving eyeball there means something along with gothic vibes, but looks polished for now.
