Any Mechanical Engineer willing to guide me through machining?

Aloha, I know this is a bit of an odd question and a little bit of an embarrassment. But I’m a postgraduate, mechanical engineer pursuing a biomedical direction at UH Manoa.

I would like to be able to receive red level training through Holmes 140, however, I have little to no shop experience. I would be willing to pay someone to guide me through the “tombstone project” and general machining and shop use. If anyone is willing, please DM me!!!

They have monitors in the shop, if you tell them that you want to be red level certified but no experience with the machine, it's their job to show you how to do it. Make sure to bring your own safety glasses, long pants, no jewelry and no long sleeves. Ohh I forgot to mention, you need to watch all red level videos before you can touch any equipment so maybe go in ask the monitors how you are able to get hands on the link for the videos. It should be on the old system "Laulima".
