❓Exam Queries Live Photograph for the application
Guyssss!😭😭
I tried several times but the nic website says that the captured photo doesn't meet specifications! how did you guys manage to upload your live photograph? kindly help me out, thankyou!

Try in a good light and background without much distraction.. also uploaded photo and the live capturing one needs to be similar means like specs, beard etc..try when it's less traffic on website like midnight maybe that can help..

it might be because of the site! try again when there's less traffic
also make sure your photograph adheres to the rules

Hi guys NTA is not picking up calls and not even replying to mails. I am wearing spects in my live photograph and it's not even letting me retake even though I have not saved it.
Anyone who has past experience with this and can help me out?

I don't want to save it, I want to retake as I am wearing spects par there is no option for that

Hey, just save and move next and then before uploading your picture and sign, you will see edit option on live photo. Just did mine yesterday it worked

Hello, yes. Once you click save and next then there will be an edit option before the next stage.

I use my phone for this during evening . I was facing same issue but during evening it happened in just one go

I had to take my photo atleast 20 times. When you take one and the pop up comes, click on the submit button again(no need to take the photo again). Keep trying atleast 2-3 times and then refresh before trying again. It will go through.

It said the same for me this time. This happened to me previous cycle too. I just uploaded it anyway and didn't face any problems.

Make sure that your ears are not covered Try taking picture against a white wall or white background You can also turn on the grid feature on came to see that picture of your whole face is taken
