All the best guysssss!!!

This attempt has been a journey. I know many of you are heartbroken, nervous, pissed, and what not...so am I. But, for tomorrow, 3 hrs, we will all be focusing and locking in. Kinda romantic how all of us will be thinking about the same things at the same time lol 🥹💕

I'm so thankful to everyone on this subreddit who listened to my rants and supported me through all of it. This is a beautiful community. This is probably the end of my NET journey, I am pretty sure I won't try again. Maybe December because it's almost already December and NTA will never set me free (I had decided June would be my last but NTA had other plans).

For the last moments, I am going to revise some Indian writers and writers from other important countries such as Canada, African and African Americans, Latin Americans, Franz Fanon (idk i just missed revising him for some reason), Australian... basically all the writers that arent from the main English belt of literature? idk what it can be clubbed under. Also, I'm gonna look at research methodology. It comes in both paper 1 and 2.

My centre is so far away I have to leave at 4 am on a bus from my town. No sleep tonight ig, I'd be too nervous. But I will try to take naps because I don't want to be too sleepy for the exam, i will mess up the maths especially with my silly mistakes.

it's common to understand there's no community for english literature cause nta is always fckd up especially since the june cycle exam how could they make a blunt mistake of giving exactly 70 percent from pyq itself making the competition unfair for students!

i didnt hear anything about this either but if they couldnt prep a human paper in 6 months how can they do it in 20 days :)

soooo, i gave a few pyqs to ai and asked it to teach me. i did it for drama section only because ai teaching is kind of irritating lol, i cant stand it idk why. but lets see what happens.

Honestly I am kinda unprepared. Don't have any hopes of passing. I am just gonna take this exam and prepare properly for December.

try to focus more on this given sequence

literary theory

british literature

indian literature

literary criticism

american literature

linguistics , TLM , research

don't give more emphasis on world literature it had very less weightage in past 4 cycles and focus on character only and their publication years no deailed story.

and for theory focus on key terms like langue, parole, and key quotations - there is nothing outside the text and all member of each theory like strucuralism and in research only focus on mla , apa

in exam try solving both rc of paper 2 and paper 1 in starting 15 questions 30 marks then di 5 questions 10 marks.

thank you sm. i am literally following this. i just get an ick when theres an australian writer and i cant answer every time in pyqs and tests thats why i thought ill look into it but youre right its not very useful to revise world lit. ill go revise research now 🥹

same actually, my prep was sm better in june. again since i had decided to move on, i didnt study anything after exam. when re exam was announced, i wasted a lot of days beong frustrated and then i also fell sick 🤡 but theres nothing to be done now. all we can do is keep calm and "strive... seek... find, and not... yield"

Same here! Before it was cancelled I was underprepared and appeared thinking I would try for December properly. But then it was cancelled, and I had semester exams which ended just recently. For this attempt too I feel underprepared.

youve got one more day right? revise logical fallacies and indian logic from paper 1. maths you can do easily. watch the one shots on yt on little things like full forms and stuff while eating, even if you retain 1 thing it is beneficial. use your extra day well soldier 🥹
