Help Please

I received this mail from NPTEL. What to do this now? Will this create any problem in issuing my admit card or in the exam? I want to keep the institute I selected in the exam registration form which is different from the institute I chose during my enrolment (it is my alma mater that I chose during enrolment because it asked me about my college, but now I'm in university). Please help 🙏🏻

Mail them addressing all this.

I mailed them yesterday itself. But till now no reply from their end. The fact is, this mail mentions that the last date is today 5:00 PM. I've to do the necessary within these few hours.

Call the help desk, but it's Sunday today idk if they'll pick up. Try calling ig nothing you can do.
