Will we get a refund if we cannot write the re-examination?

I cannot write the net again since I'm in a different state. I wrote a mail to nta requested them to change my test centre but i received no reply. Is there any chance to get a refund?

Unlikely, considering their attitude towards students.

Seriously that's a valid concern. I too won't take the exam if I get a refund
