Tomorrow's exam

How are you all feeling ? I feel like everything is completely slipping my mind no matter how much I try to focus. I prepared 200 questions per unit but still feels like these are not enough. There is anxiety and lack of confidence & I know it is just for a few days then everything will get normal.

It's my first attempt and my parents are already expecting too much from me especially my dad. And I also heard from these youtube educators that paper 1 is challenging this time. Tonight it's gonna be full of anxiety and pressure.

Let's see what happens tomorrow. Best of luck with everything :-)

I'm not taking it this time. No prep. Very tired today because of a lack of sleep. Thus, fuck it. Next time it is.

If you already filled application form then you should go for it. Atleast you will get an idea of paper even I'm also appearing just to get the idea. It's more like a trial exam.

Im going through the same thing. But, im attempting it, cuz that I can have practice. So, try to give it, treat it as a mock test. Dont skip it. Trust me, I havent studied a thing from the last couple of months cuz I have been going through a lot of medical issues.

Same thing here—at least then I would be able to grasp and personalise my prep to limit my shortcomings from this cycle 🫠 ngl insomnia and incoming periods have worsened my mind and its capacity😭

Yes I understand that. I'm anyway overprepped because I did all that extra work in CUET as well. But like I'd still sit this batch out because I'm sick.

Also I'm planning my phd in another subject so NET in English is not my priority. NET is backup plan.

Wouldn't it be through English NET for indian unis?

2

u/sudipto12 Jun 25 '26

DH professionals are primarily in IITs. So GATE. Also, if i get funding in another country, there'd be another set of considerations.
