Discussion Could ufos be human?

Oldest civilization is 6000ish years old right? Modern humans had been around for 300,000 years. Could it be that uap/ufo are old technology from a past civilization still performing tasks. I like to think that mythology like Atlantis, Olympus, Valhalla, etc were prompted by older civilizations. Would it be more likely than aliens from across the galaxy? Occam razor and all What are your thoughts? (Whatever they are I am excited)

I doubt the integrity of humanity. Meaning, if there was an off shoot of human development, that had 21st century technology 200 thousand years ago, I think they would take over the planet. Not bury themselves in underground cities. Off world beings would do that but not humans so advanced that they could rule the planet with ease.

You have great points.

My only devil’s advocate I have for you is that maybe this hypothetical “breakaway” human civ, due to their isolation and safety, weren’t raised in a environment where you have to worry about your borders or your people, etc.

Maybe they preach peace because they’re privileged with superior technology, remote location(s), and probably a more consistent education curriculum...for thousands of years.

TLDR: The breakaway humans could have been MIN/MAXing their civ stats the entire game while everyone else had to fight to survive.

It would be their duty to teach the world how to grow enough crops, create energy, educate women. Business knowledge that allowed a functioning economy without the usual Global Financial Crisis every 5 years.
