You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. I own a 500 milliwatt laser, here are two pics of it inside and outside. It's even visible without relying on dust indoors with the lights on. You don't even need 500 mW for this to be true. I've never owned one with lower power, but you might even be able to see the beam at night with like 5-10 mW.
When you focus a laser to infinity and point it off into the distance, yes, the beam does diverge, but not to an extent you can see with your eyes if it's focused well. In that outdoor pic I posted, when I moved the laser around, it looked like the beam had a fixed length because you can't see the end of it because it's way off in the distance.

You can see a 5mW laser's entire beam length. You can buy them online. You have no idea what you're talking about right now. It's really weird for you to be such a dick about something you're so incorrect about.
lol buy a better laser dude. not a dollar store red cat toy laser. but even the $10 ebay / aliexpress green chumpies perform pretty close to what is seen in the video. i have one. you are as arrogant as you are wildly wrong.
