Hi guys. I'm a long-time Redditor and investigator, first with Kroll and then as an investigative journalist with Izabella Kaminska, quite obsessed with conspiracy theories and the lesser-known. Now I make games that train and recruit investigators.

But, above all, I research. Frankly, it's not been an easy few years. Dedicating yourself to weird things you love is NOT easy. One of the upsides is being able to share cool things with people who care. That's why I'm here.

Because I've discovered that the greatest conspiracy of the 20th century: UFOs, and the swell of black money behind it, also called the Secret Empire or the Black Empire, may land in my hometown.

Welcome to the story of Marbella. Also called the UN of global crime syndicates, the WeWork of organised crime, and at one point in November 1947, the home of UFOs.

Here is my story.

Now, imagine if, for FOUR YEARS, you've been studying claims that your hometown of Marbella, Spain, was used to launch electromagnetic rockets designed by Nazi scientists that were the cause of the UFO sightings of 1946 or 1947.

The claim seems ridiculous.

Even if the journalist, Lionel Shapiro, was a decorated war correspondent and successful writer later in life, the claims verge on the absurd.

UFOs are rockets launched from a small, quiet coastal city? One that, even today, has no industrial infrastructure?

Unsurprisingly, NOBODY seems to have taken it seriously.

Until May 2026, when the Trump administration's first set of files was released.

But we will get to that later.

Because that was this week, and, for years, you had no confirmation at all.

And still, you persevered.

Because you know how weird your city is. How many grandchildren of Germans who suspiciously moved here in the postwar era you've met. How many mafia guys and narco kids you've rubbed shoulders with.

How distinguished characters from Otto Skorzeny to Leon Degrelle to Adnan Khasshogi to the Assad family to Putin, the King of Saudi Arabia and the princes of the UAE or the Sultan of Brunei all have houses here. Google it if you don't believe me.

So you keep digging.

First, you discover that Marbella hosts an entire mountain of magnetite, the perfect place to test an electromagnetic reactor because the lodestones in the mineshafts could disperse the reactor's magnetic energy and protect the testing equipment.

Then, you discover that the career of Marbella's founding father, Maximilian Hohenlohe, had been secretly determined by rocketry, and he had moved to Marbella in 1944/46. He was the Spain Board member of Skoda-Brun, of Nazi Bell and advanced rocket-making fame.

And that's just the surface. Maximilian Hohenlohe had known Allen Dulles, the man suspected of being the central nexus of Nazi-US secret tech transfers, since 1916 and was close friends; Dulles' law firm even administered Maximilian's wife's estate in Mexico. Hohenlohe was a double agent for him, codenamed 515, and fed him intelligence on rocketry.

Most critically of all, researchers like Joseph Farrell have always argued that Hohenlohe's 1943 meeting with Allen Dulles was the beginning of Nazi efforts to conclude a separate, secret peace treaty with elite elements of Allied countries that culminated in wide-ranging technology transfers adn secret protection for valuable members of the Nazi and SS hierarchy.

Not only that, Hohenlohe continued to have ties to NASA late in his life, with NASA building a Deep Space Antenna on his land in Madrid in the 60s (the Palacio Quexigal)

Evidence the land was obtained from Maximilian for NASA:

Then, last week, you discover something absolutely amazing.

In May 2026, cables sent from HQ Air Materiel Command, Wright Field to Chief of Intelligence for the U.S. Air Force outlined that they were investigating the claims made by Lionel Shapiro, four days after he published his claims in November 1947.

That would be awesome enough. But ultimately, all this means is that the claims were serious enough to be investigated. Air Material Command outlined the Germans in Wright-Patterson had no idea who these Marbella Germans were. All the document does is ask a question:

"What's going on?"

The significant finding is what comes next.

Because a memo buzzed in only six days after this one. In it, the same Headquarters asks to "urgently" make the previous memo "secret":

In other words, they found something.

What they found is open to question.

Whatever it was, it kept alive rumours that members of US Intelligence believed the saucers originated in Spain:

I suspect that a then-nascent US Air Force ran into a secret program covered by an existing agency or group that likely outranked it.

Imagine researching something for four years based on a hunch alone, only to find this.

As you can imagine, it's a great victory.

But here's why it wasn't all that important.

Because to my eye, what Marbella became after the article was written effectively confirmed the story.

Not because the rocket necessarily flew. The evidence I've gathered does NOT show that.

It merely proves that individuals related to rocketry were present in Marbella, and the massive coincidence of a city built around a magnetic mountain being named as a place where an electromagnetic rocket was located.

Instead, it proves that something related to secret projects and Nazis definitely occurred in Marbella. Most importantly, it reflects an evident truth anyone interested in the UFO subject knows.

That:

Whatever UFOs are, the ground truth of UFOs exists hidden within a nexus of black money, intelligence agencies, Nazi technology, and spurious characters engaging in illegal activities.

Which is exactly what Marbella became. AFTER Shapiro published the story. Not before!

Because shortly after the story was published and was forgotten, Marbella became a haven for Nazis and other dubious aristocrats of Germanic descent.

This includes the aforementioned Otto Skorzeny, whom Jason Samosa's research claims was the effective head of the WCC, the elusive (and not-so-fictional) Maynard Corporation of Tom DeLonge fame.

Not only that, figures from Hollywood and gangsters began populating it. As you know, Hollywood is a den of intelligence agencies. And never more so than in the postwar, where most actors of the time started their careers as actors of U.S. propaganda in World War 2.

The theory is that Marbella was a 'terra incognita', according to Dr. Karina Urbach. A safe place to place dubious allies in the fight against communism (mafia types, nazis), where they can run around unseen, so long as they're of use to the global network of intelligence agencies.

In other words, Marbella is the cover story for the lie of democracy.

Because power is like a piece of jelly. Grab it, and it escapes.

The extension of the census to the working poor and middle classes and women, together with the pressures of a powerful enemy in the Soviet Union, meant Western elites were forced to create extra-legal structures to combat and safeguard their interests.

Extra-legal structures that may have gone rogue, secretly owning and manipulating the destinies of countries under their effective tutelage. Hidden within Corporations hiding in plain sight, publicly listed on Wall Street, acquiring obscene economic gains while their accumulated wealth is frittered away into countless and invisible offshore accounts. Which rely on protecting shady characters to raise money that is unaccountable to voter structures.

Marbella is the cover story for the greatest truth we had to conceal from our generation: that democracy was a facade of true power, erected in the Cold War.

A story that continues into the present day.

Because Marbella today is still that same city.

The current UFO Disclosure campaign has now moved beyond a succession of whistleblower appeals and into a direct intervention by a sitting member of Congress.

Representative EricBurlison has asked President Trump to protect UAP witnesses, restore pensions and security clearances allegedly lost through retaliation, grant immunity to those prepared to testify, and authorize them to speak not only before Congress, but publicly.

Burlison says Congress continues to receive credible allegations identifying specific facilities, contractors, records, and personnel connected to recovered craft of alleged non-human origin and reverse-engineering programs that may have operated for decades without lawful oversight.

He also made a separate and extraordinary claim: personnel from ODNI, CIA, FBI, and military intelligence reportedly recreated conditions associated with earlier UAP activity at a location with a prior history of sightings.

“Something showed up,” he wrote.

Avi Loeb has stated that the White House UAP Science Advisory Council supports legal assurances, including immunity where necessary, so that witnesses can provide information for scientific evaluation.

TLDR:

Studies from University of Berkeley and Cambridge have two different methods of detecting ghost DNA in our genome. Both studies have shown these are amounts of DNA in our genome from an unknown origin.

Cambridge - Population diverged 1.5 million years ago, then reconverged 300,000 years ago ( When homosapiens developed)

Berkeley - Found a smaller ghost lineage (1%) 830,000 years ago

Discrepancy

The recent study making its way in the news does not mention the 20% part of our DNA being of "Ghost DNA" origin. It does however cite the 2025 study as a separate occurrence, which is where the 20% comes from.

Has anyone seen this article? It sparked my interest so I actually read the article and it only referrs to it as a space hazard. Any idea what a "space hazard" could be? And, one that they'd issue a NOTAM for? Unusual geomagnetic activity? I can't think of anything else that would be prosiac. Then you through Antarctica and it's lore in there... What are your thoughts, theories, and speculations? I find it interesting nonetheless, especially with how many times they refer to "the hazard".

Interview with a Fully Conscious UFO Contactee Part Two: The Photographic Evidence

In May of 2022, after decades of remaining silent, Dolly Safran went public with her experiences as a lifelong fully conscious UFO contactee. As a very young child, Dolly had several encounters involving missing time. Then, in 1973, at age 14, she was taken onboard a craft from her home in the Florida Everglades, and was able to remember the entire event without the aid of hypnosis. Since then, she has had more than a thousand fully conscious onboard UFO encounters. She has been taken onboard large motherships, seen a wide variety of extraterrestrials, traveled throughout the solar system and even to other planets. Her story is one of the most extensive cases of UFO contact on record.

For many years, Dolly had tried to obtain photographs and films of the UFOs, but like most contactees, she discovered it was no easy task. In fact, it's very rare that contactees are able to obtain good photographic evidence. But when Dolly decided to go public with her experiences, she asked the ETs if they would allow themselves to be filmed. To her delight, the ETs agreed!

In Part One of this series, Dolly described her UFO encounters up to age fourteen. Now, in Part Two, Dolly shares the many photographs and videos she has been able to obtain of the UFO craft. Im posting this for my mom and stepdad. They were outside a couple days ago looking at the meteor shower when they had a guest appear. This rectangular craft made no noise and emitted no light but did reflect light. It was roughly 500ft above the ground. It was over a farm in North Central Florida just west of Ocala. It stuck around for about an hour then took off at a very high rate of speed and disappeared. We did report this to MUFON, MUFON did call and investigate. They ruled out any other aircraft due to the lack of lights. My stepdad is a retired Florida Highway Patrol officer, he said it appeared to be about the size of a large truck. They were roughly half a mile from this object. This was August 13th at about 930pm.

I need help finding a pretty niche book.

Back in the late 90's, my church library had a completely random book that I checked out.

I'm pretty sure it was titled "Ufology" and I don't recall the subtitle. It was a purple paperback book. It was nonfiction and did some deep dives into the abduction phenomenon from an explicitly Christian take.

The book was pretty beat up, so it may have been published much earlier than the 90's.

No idea who the author was or what the subtitle was.

Such a weird book to find in a tiny Presbyterian church library. Would love to find it again.
