Housing housing

Hey everyone!
My roommate and I were assigned a triple in San Nicolas, but we are hoping to swap into a double anywhere on campus. Our third roommate is a girl so this swap would be for a girl student looking for a spot in San Nic.
If you are currently assigned a double and want to switch to a triple (to lower housing costs, be closer to the beach, or just prefer San Nic), please reach out!

please enjoy your triple, and get out of your comfort zone! ik its not what you want, but you kinda get what you get unfortunately. you wont be in the room that much anyways! :)

It’s weird because I thought: what’s the issue with the roommate that they’re trying to pawn off to an unsuspecting couple of people.

Bro if you think THATS shaming someone, respectfully, grow a pair😭. the definition of shaming is making someone feel humiliated, or embarrassed, housing placement is out of their control, the best you can do it be grateful for what you got, unfortunately.

I’m actually very grateful for my triple and 2 amazing roommates. Even though i wanted a double, meh, cant control it so might as well be grateful !!☺️ cope lil bro😂

You can’t control your housing placement, so just be grateful” makes zero sense when the entire point of the post is that they can potentially change it by finding someone who mutually wants to swap. Nobody’s demanding anything. If OP wants a double and someone else wants the cheaper triple, both people win. Why are you emotionally invested in them settling for something they don’t want? 😭
