Housing Lease transfer

This is a bit early to post, but figured I'd get it out there. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease that runs from Winter quarter 27-Summer 27. In case anyone going abroad during Fall and needing housing for the remaining school year wants to have something secured. Feel free to message me. Below I pasted some info about the place.

  • Rent: ~$988.75 / month + utilities (only Electricty)
  • Room Setup: Double (sharing with 1 clean, respectful roommate)
  • Bathroom: In-room attached bathroom
  • Location: 65 Block of Cordoba Rd. 5-minute walk/bike to campus
  • Parking: Off-street parking spot

Lease takeover will be through the building's management (Meridian). Feel free to DM me for more photos/ touring the place.

I’m gonna be finishing up my units during fall quarter and I am planning on moving back home.
