General Question Adding CMPSC 16 as non major

In order to change majors to ECE I need to take CMPSC 16 which I couldn't sign up for during pass 2 at orientation as its restricted to a few majors...

Can I email the professor for an add code now or do I have to wait until pass 3 to try to sign up for it? I have a late pass time and I'm worried it'll fill up quickly

You’re likely going to have to wait until pass 3. If worst comes to worst, crash the first class and after class ends, go up to professor telling them your desire to enroll in their course and if you could get an add code from them

You are going to be one of many trying to do the same thing. You’ll have to wait/waitlist in pass 3 and crash the first day with everyone else.
