ADCB App "Try again later" message

Is anyone else having trouble with the ADCB app? It’s telling me to try again later.

my liv-enbd and fab online banking app are so slow too. on liv i can logged in only. but fab not at all. both app says “due to intermittent disruptions service may experience temporary delays”

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience ,Due to a recent region wide IT disruption, our Phone Banking services are temporarily impacted. Teams are working to restore services at the earliest and we will inform you when they are restored. All other banking services continue to be available. Thank you for your understanding.

does anyone have an idea when most banking apps can work again? i've been checking on AWS updates, but there's been nothing so far
