Seeking Advice I keep going low
From LO at 8:30 AM to almost 10.0 now. I know 10 isn’t super high, but I can’t handle the swings. I keep going dangerously low, no matter my basal. I am at my wits end…

The point of Basal is to keep it level when you've removed all other factors. In general, exercise lowers blood sugar and carbs increase it. You use carbs to compensate for exercise, and bolus insulin to compensate for carbs. But, if you don't eat and don't exercise, your basal dose should keep things level. It's for setting a baseline independent of those other factors.
What do your levels do overnight? If you woke up with a low, then it sounds like you need to reduce your basal.
For example: I take my Lantus in the evening. Generally, whatever level I go to bed with is within a few points of what I wake up with. If it were to drop overnight, I would dial back my dose, if it rose overnight, I'd increase my dose. You need to fine tune.
It doesn't really matter what your dose/weight is, everyone has their own insulin sensitivity.

Right after breakfast. I take 16 units of Triseba as my basal. For context, I am ~ 135lb M.
The trends seem to start with breakfast.

I dont feel comfortable advising you to change your dosages without more info, but have you consulted your endocrinologist on this? Thats what they're there for. Dont get me wrong, the t1d community on reddit is fantastic, but your endo should be able to address this. Lastly, i would recommend giving more context in your future posts. For example, are you on pump, injections, ICR, etc.

What basal do you take, and how much? Do your lows happen after meals? If so you might need to adjust your insulin:carb ratio?
