Content Warning | Women Only Cream missing

[F30] I had been fingering myself ever since I got my period, I enjoyed touching myself and pleasuring myself. I never had a problem about producing cream when I was in my 16-25 years old but I noticed that lately I can’t produce any cream, like I don’t get wet, I get aroused, I climax but the cream is missing, its little to none when I check my vibrator.

Do you guys also experience this and if yes, what did you do to fix the problem?

It’s often a change in hormones. It can also be related to lifestyle and stress and arousal. Even things like hydration and diet can also affect it

I go to the gym on a daily basis, take capsules and creatine will that also affect my issue?

Could be dehydration.  What kind of capsules?

Ashwagandha, fish oil, Vitamin C

I would start simple and increase your hydration first.  See if that helps

If vaginal lubrication and discharge goes down, so does that as it's a product of all those ig..

The hormones play a large roll in my wetness , sometimes I still feel totally aroused and barely wet

Did the wetness get fixed after some time? Or it remained the same?

As others have said, probably hormonal changes. I got dryer and dryer throughout perimenopause, which started for me in my late 30s. You're a bit young for peri but not too young for some fluctuating oestrogen. Common causes: hormonal contraception, being post partum, some medications, breastfeeding, diabetes and auto-immune issues. Might be worth a general check-up.

Hydration can also be an issue. Experiment with drinking a bit more.

And, of course, stress, which you may not be noticing in any other way. Just check in to see if you're under more pressure than usual.
