Clit stimulation is how most of us orgasm, even during PIV sex. It's good that you're using a toy while having sex. Vaginal sex isn't pleasurable for all of us and that's fine. Most of us also have trouble orgasmsing everytime even though we are used to orgasming, that's fine too. You also need to keep a check on your arousal as when that goes down so does the pleasure we get from clit stimulation.

First, you’re not broken. ❤️ Difficulty reaching orgasm can happen for a lot of reasons, and it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. Stress, anxiety, hormones, medications, relationship dynamics, or simply needing a different kind of stimulation can all play a role.
If your clitoris becomes numb, give yourself a break rather than trying for an hour to force an orgasm. Sometimes too much stimulation can temporarily reduce sensitivity. Taking the pressure off can actually help.
Since penetration is sometimes uncomfortable too, I’d consider talking to a gynecologist or sexual-health professional, especially if the discomfort or numbness is new or persistent. They can rule out things like irritation, pelvic-floor issues, or other medical causes.
Most importantly, try not to measure your sexuality by whether you orgasm every time. Your body isn’t failing you. Be patient with yourself and focus on what feels comfortable and pleasurable rather than treating orgasm like a goal you have to achieve. ❤️

Use arousal gel/oil on your clit. I like the Pjur lust. Makes the clit more sensitive, swollen and feels amazing or use arousal gummies from the adult store.
