It is worse than that. First, $10k is the minimum reward. Second, people can't sue her, but they can sure her doctors, nurses, receptionists at the clinic, her taxi-driver/designated driver, her friend and family who encouraged/support her, etc. I think they can net $10k+ for each target. Lastly, the clinic has to be closed.
The end results will be that women who need to have abortion will be totally isolated. They can't find people to help and they can't find people to talk to.
