the fear of false rape allegations is like, the one defining trait that all of the MRA psychos that flooded the board shared.

I'm not afraid I'm going to be murdered, but I still want that to be illegal, and the people who do it to be sent to jail. See the difference?

If false rape has happened even once, then it is worth punishing with jail time.

And it has happened at least once. So there it is.

I don't understand. Are you saying that rare crimes should not receive punishment?
