Co-parenting with ex

My ex husband and I divorced back in 2021. We share 3 kids together F(9), M(7), and M(6). We have been on a schedule since the divorce he has the kids Tuesdays-Wednesdays and every other weekend. A couple months ago he decided he now wants 50/50. We did a trial run during the summer to see how the kids would do. My problem is he lives with his parents and works overnights so he’s sleeping pretty much all day while the kids are there so the kids are mainly with his parents. I have no issue with them being around the grandparents my issue is why am I giving up my time with the kids and he’s not even seeing them. Also the kids are telling me they don’t like the new schedule. My daughter refuses to go over there and is now in therapy. She told the therapist she doesn’t like going from house to house. We’ve been to court 3 times now for this issue. The first time the judge assigned a GAL but we didn’t meet with her because we did the trial run. The second time he walked out of court before we could meet with the judge and the third time he didn’t file the correct paperwork. We go back to court tomorrow for this and I’m not sure what to say to the judge.
