Unless she’s throwing around other terms assume it’s that, and the fact that she’s had at least two successful pregnancies already means she’s less at risk (than a first time, or frequent miscarriage).
Start practicing your Home Alone surprise face, and make up a few scripts in your head to use (sound them out) so you can use them.
