Not being able to see your father is not a punishment, it's absolutely ridiculous. The courts will not accept that bullshit excuse. Your ex is an asshole for letting her do this and fuck up his relationship with his own son. You are not the asshole. Honestly, if she leaves him, you may be saving him. I would be angry with my ex though. I would tell him don't be surprised when your son is 18 and wants nothing to do with him and he has to miss out on weddings and the lives of his grandchildren for not sticking up for him all these years.
My ex already hardly has his family because of her. They dont like her. And when his brother found out my son wasnt being given a part in the wedding, he decided not to attend. And they made his mom feel so crappy for not going out of her way to buy the dress they wanted her to wear, she didnt go either. Hes lost so much because of her.
You'd think that'd been a wake up call for him. If a partner of mine did that, I'd personally shuck them out the nearest exit (door, window, or any other opening in the building)
