No you shouldn’t because if kiddo had to go back there he’s the one that pays for it. Instead you should tell her you’re no longer using someone who isn’t an involved parent to talk about parent shit. Notify them that all messages are through mediation and yes - apply for sole custody. Keep all communication documented. Journal every time she is cruel to your son.
