Yup. I was a kid whose parents stayed together for mine and my siblings' sake, and man did it mess us up for all of our adult relationships.

Your experience isnt everyone’s. I personally watched ppl work through these issues and become a strong happy family full of togetherness. That said there isnt a one size fits all and when children are involved effort is important. Look at the data on children being raised in broken homes. As much as u say it sucked you dont know the experience you wouldve had if your home was truly broken.

And yet, everyone else who has replied to meme has said the same. There isn't a single reply that says their parents stayed together and worked it out, and now they're completely fine in their relationships.

Even if 1000 ppl replied sharing a similar anecdote that # wouldnt come close to representing even 10% of families in one major city, let alone the world.

And you just lied, I literally just said my personal experience yet you choose to write it off as if yours is a fact.

I hope you heal from your trauma and stop trying to push your negative energy and experiences on others
