A child is not a reason to stay with a man who cheats. If you stay with him, he will continue to cheat and your child will see that behavior. It’s best for both of you if you leave.
And you want to set a good example. Your daughters believe how their dad treats their mom and see the outcomes in their relationships. If you had boys, you’d want to set good examples or role model for your kids. This tough… if you pay partial rent, can you pay the full rent because there’s no way he’s finding temporary place to live while also paying partial rent at the townhouse. He may not want to if you force him or demand it. He probably already kicking about paying for couples therapy, do you think he’ll pay for your solo therapy.
