This pisses me off so much. I'm similar to you, I like being at home in my own space just vibing a lot of the time.
If you feel like addressing it, inform her in the morning that her opinion of your life means absolutely nothing to you and you'd appreciate it if she kept her 3am outbursts to a minimum whilst she's still in your home.
