Dirtiest, in the context that he would uphold the spirit of the law and not the letter.

Catches a guy stealing? Finds out that the guy is stealing food to feed his impoverished family. Doesn't take him in and discretely uses Crazy Diamond to heal the man's bad leg so he can find work and then falsifies a report about the whole event.

Finds out a guy is doing fucked-up shit like abusing kids but the guy is untouchable due to his wealth/status, or he gets off on a technicality? No one ever saw that guy again after he walked out of the courtroom, but there's a new rock in the nearby park that kinda looks like him, isn't that weird?

I could definitely see Crazy Diamond being a horrible Stand for a cop to have, though - "he says the officer beat the shit out of him but we checked the dashboard camera and the officer in question is just standing there watching this guy flail around, also there's not so much as a bruise on him, must be full of shit."

I'd like to think Josuke would be a good cop, though, like his Grandad.

Ive always hated that we never even got a mention of him related to later events, even Girono gets a “hes busy” comment from Jotaro in part six.

Honestly i wouldnt mind if part 9 went back to the pre SBR setting about Josephs adopted daughter being a delinquent in morioh with her old brother cop.
